Abstract: Dear colleagues, You are most cordially welcome. We are all aware of the fact that the regulations governing the registration of courses have been implemented haphazardly in this University since inception. Consequently, our students most times do not routinely register for their courses as required by the regulation and when they do, the forms are not dispatched to appropriate units for processing. Because of this, there is no central database of students registration nor of courses registered by students in the University. The effects of these are that we (lecturers and administrators) are regularly confronted with issues such as;
